PHFA works to provide affordable homeownership and rental apartment options for senior adults, low- and moderate-income families, and people with special housing needs.

PHFA strives to foster community and economic development, and works to provide affordable housing to people in need or with special circumstances. As such, they are particularly close to my heart. The concept provided for this report was "The Lives We Touch" and was to feature several personal stories of those impacted positively by PHFA. To represent this theme, the visuals reflect photos hanging on the walls of the newly aquired homes, and feature the faces of the families with a comfortable place to now call home. The cover of the report was spot-varnished with high gloss on the photos, and the photo frames were embossed for a realistic feel.

This Annual Report won a Hermes Gold award.
